The Role:
- Location: Charleston, SC 29401
- Assignment duration: 1/29/2027 - 1/30/2027
- Shift Type: Per Diem. Shift times include 6:00am-7:30pm and 8:00am-8:30pm; typically scheduled as 3 x 13.5-hour shifts per week. Providers rotate a late shift approximately one week per month and must be flexible to work weekends and alternate pediatric locations within the Charleston sites as needed.
- Cases: General Anesthesia for pediatric patients including GI, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Dental. Not covering Burn, Cardiac, or Neuro. Cases per day: 3-5.
- OT: Billable at regular rate if more than 39 hours in a work week.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 8 operating suites (plus 2 cardiac cath labs). Additional procedure areas include endoscopy suites and minor procedure rooms; an interventional radiology suite is in development.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes — medically directed cases / practice model is medically directed.
