Requirements: Provider is able to offer 2 weeks (at minimum) per month consistently, weeknight and weekend beeper call required, and agreeable to 5 x 10 hour shifts.
Specific Skills Needed: Provider must be able to perform nerve and regional anesthetic blocks.
