The Role:
- Assignment duration: 3-month contract with option to extend.
- Shift Type: Multiple options — Night 3x8-Hour (19:00 - 07:00); also available: 4x8s per week, 3x13s per week, or 3x12s per week. Shift times include 12:00pm-8:00am, 7:00am-8:00pm, and 7:00am-7:00pm. Schedule details: Monday-Friday; minimum of 2 shifts per week. Client needs 1 provider for the 12:00pm-8:00am shift and at least 2 providers for the 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00am-8:00pm shifts.
- Cases: Expert care in high-acuity head and neck cases, difficult airways, skull base surgeries, vision-saving eye procedures, and fragile pediatric patients (peds optional for locums). Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and ophthalmology surgeries. Dynamic clinical mix with routine and rare cases; optional teaching and academic opportunities. Note: no blocks.
- OT: OT is the same as regular rate. Holiday pay 1.4x. The first 8 hours of orientation are non-billable.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes — CRNAs currently work under medical direction.
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
