Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near South Salt Lake, UT. Must have an active UT license.
- Shift: 5 x 8's.
- 7 ORs covered any given day at Hospital.
- Surgery.
- No Call, No OB, Very Little Regionals.
- Pretty Simple practice.
- Case Mix: Bariatric, Cardiovascular, Genera, Ortho – Regional Anes cases, ENT – Peds Tubes and Tonsils, Neuro, Spines, Crannies, Plastics, Level 3 Trauma related.
- Will need an already active UT APRN, UT DEA and UT Controlled Substance Certificate.
- Also looking for a start within the next 30-45 days.
- Clean file, no background issues in order to qualify for temps for the quick start.
- $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
