The Role
- Location: St. Augustine, FL 32086
- Shift Type: Days, Monday - Friday; 5x8s only; 7a-3p. No call, no weekends. Must be available to work 20 shifts per month.
- Cases: Surgery center cases (majority Orthopedics). Hospitals include Ortho, General, GYN, GI, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Neuro. Majority case types: General Surgery, Orthopedics.
- Site Charting System: SIS
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Medical Direction model with a collaborative relationship between APPs and physicians.
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No — candidates must already have an active Florida medical license.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, Board Certified
- Experience & documentation: Must have a minimum of 2 years experience and provide 24 months of case logs. Must have a clean file.
- Start: Able to start in April preferred; no later than June 1st. ASAP availability considered.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Submission requirements: Current CV, EPA, skills checklist, copy of out-of-state driver's license (for verification), and best contact phone/time for the next two weeks must be provided with presentation.
