The Role:
- Location: Jackson, MI 49201
- Assignment duration: 1/4/2027 - 4/5/2027 (91 days)
- Shift Type: Varied — clinic, night call and weekend call
- In House Call: Beeper/phone call. Call ratio approximately 1:6. Weekday call: Approximately 1 night of call per weekday during assigned coverage. Weekend call: 1 weekend on-call shift during assigned coverage. Average callback: Approximately 2-4 hours.
- Cases: Cardiac catheterization and coronary angiography; balloon angioplasty; PCI with IVUS; stent implantation; atherectomy; valvuloplasty; left main PCI; bifurcation stenting; treatment of pulmonary embolisms; mechanical circulatory support including IABP, Impella, ECMO.
- Site Charting System: EPIC
- Hospital rounding: No general cardiology rounding responsibilities; hospital rounding is covered by the non-invasive cardiology team.
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90-120 days
