CRNA needed in Northeast Nevada to start ASAP and work on going.
FT Capacity - 3 weeks or even 2 on/2 off
Largest source of volume is Endo at this site, followed up by Ortho/OB/General
They do have one CRNA on-call and a back-up call just in case there are any cases outside of OB at night
3 CRNA’s onsite daily and the 4th CRNA takes PTO-they work Monday-Friday (8 hour shifts) when not on-call; weekend call shifts. We would want someone willing to take call (1:3) and willing to work approximately 16-20 days/month. May need two locums to assist with this coverage.
OB – ~507 annual deliveries; ~61 c-sections; ~386 epidurals

All CRNA model – 4 full time staff
2,871 average annual cases
Cases include: ENT, GI, general surgery, OB, GYN, ophthalmology, oral/maxillofacial, ortho, pain, podiatry, urology, & MRI. No cardiac
night and weekend (1 CRNA always off)

$1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
$Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
