- 8 hours: 630-3p
- 12 hours + weeknight beeper: 630a-7p + call 7p-7a
- Late shift 630a-5p
- Clinicians will have at least 1 weekday call - 12hr shift plus beeper from 7a-7a. they will also get at least 1 late shift and then all the other dates would be 8s. If they work weekend they would get Friday/Sat/Sunday call
- Staffing Model: 3 PHY, 6 CRNAs
- Medical Supervision Model
- Case Mix: General, Orthopedics (we do spinals and peripheral nerve blocks for ortho surgeries), ENT, GI, Neuro Spine Surgery, Dental, Healthy Peds, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Vascular – NO Regional, OB, GYN, Urology or Hearts. No epidurals.
- Volume - Approximately 5000 cases annually
- Staffing 5 anesthesia locations/rooms per weekday.
- 157 Bed Facility and Trauma level 3
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
