10 MDs, 18-22 CRNAs daily

Cases: general surgery, ENT, Vascular, hearts, thoracic, neuro, NORA, ortho, eyes, CT, IR, endo, MRI, cath
lab, EP, OB
No call
Shift types: 8, 10, 12
EMR: paper charts

Credentialing takes 4 months
