The Role:
- Location: Cleveland, OH 44111
- Assignment duration: ASAP - Ongoing
- Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1-2 weeks per month. The hours can vary depending on the shift—either 7-4, 7:30-4:30, 8-5 or 8:30-5:30
- Cases: Variable mix depending on rotation — mostly inpatients and outpatients with occasional STAT coverage. Workflow generally reads old-to-new for each section to prevent cherry-picking. Expect ~60-100 cases/day with an aim of ~50% cross-sectional when not performing procedures; target productivity ~7 wRVU/hr or equivalent.
- Modalities: Required — general CT (unenhanced head and C-spine/level II trauma), US (including 1st trimester), X-ray. Preferred — subspecialty fellowship training. NO mammography, neuro MRI (MRI/spine/stroke), nuclear medicine, MSK MRI unless fellowship trained.
- Procedures: If able, basic CT/US-guided procedures such as abscess drainages, biopsies, chest tubes, thyroid FNA. Fluoroscopy is a benefit but not required. Procedure volume is variable (e.g., 2-5 minor procedures/day excluding fluoro).

- Requirements: Active OH License or IMLC, Board Certified, ACLS
