The Role:
- Location: Winona, MN
- Assignment duration: 3 months (10/5/2026 - 1/4/2027)
- Active MN license required.
- Shift Type: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00). Regular Hours: Required.
- In House Call: Required (minimum 2 weeks/month and one weekend of call; weekend/holiday call typically 1 in 4; must respond within 30 minutes).
- Cases: Typically 3 to 5 cases per day depending on OR load. Procedures include ortho (total joints, neuro spine, sports), general surgery, plastics (cosmetic and reconstruction), podiatry, OB (35 to 50 C-sections annually), ophthalmology (cataracts), neuraxial anesthesia (spinal, epidural, combined spinal-epidural) for elective cases. Light pediatrics (dental and laparoscopic).
- OT: 1.5x standard rate.
- Site Charting System: Cerner/Oracle.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4 core ORs, dedicated endoscopy room, 1 flex room; DaVinci robot available.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: No — CRNA-only model.
- What is the CRNA to MD ratio: CRNA-only model (no MDs).
- Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No — active MN license required.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days
