The Role:
- Location: New Haven, CT 06510
- Assignment duration: 3 to 6 months, option to extend.
- Shift Type: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 15:00). Schedule variations include 5x8, 4x10, and 3x12; typical schedules include 7a-3p, 7a-5p, and 9a-9p. Providers must be willing to work any 3 days per week (including Fridays) and be available for all shift types. Cannot guarantee 12-hour shifts only.
- Cases: Comfortable with high-acuity cases in General, Ortho, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Gastro, Urologic, Gynecologic, ophthalmologic, healthy pediatrics, and ENT. Typical patients per day: 10-12.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes.
- Credentialing Timeframe: Full 120 days.
