The Role:
- Location: Fredericksburg, VA
- Assignment duration: 8/31/2026 - 2/15/2027
- CRNA License is required. VA license at time of submittal or in the process of issuing.
- Shift Type: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00). Flexibility for 8/10/12 hour shifts; mostly days with occasional nights; availability for one weekend per month.
- In House Call: Beeper/nightly or weekend call coverage allowed
- Cases: All cases except transplants. Hearts, lung, healthy pediatric dental/ENT, OB, Ortho, GI, ENT, etc. CRNAs perform epidurals and spinals. Blocks not guaranteed.
- OT: Paid after scheduled shift (not after 40 hours).
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes — 4:1 supervision
- What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4:1
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Will consider candidates in process of obtaining VA license
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
