The Role:
- Location: Merrillville, IN 46410
- Assignment duration: 7 days (9/10/2026 - 9/17/2026)
- Shift Type: Day. Regular Hours: 8am to 5pm CST, 7 days/week including major holidays.
- Cases: General radiology with light interventional radiology; cross-reading diagnostic studies across Southlake & Northlake campuses.
- OT: Not expected but offered.
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No. Must have an IN license and a clean file (no malpractice or licensing/legal issues).
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
