Locum CRNA needed to start in October, 2026 and work ongoing near Tyler, TX.
- Mixture of 8,10,12, some 16-h shifts available
- 17 CRNAs a day, 1:4 med direction – bumps up to 1:5 as needed
- 1 CRNA and 1 MD on call every night and weekend, beeper call
- Cardiac and OB capable/willing to learn preferred, presently they have separate teams but they want to break this down and have many CRNAs rotating through both service lines.
- 60-90 Day Credentialing
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight/weekend call + Premium if called in
