The Role:
- Location: Palm Springs, CA 92262
- Assignment duration: Per Diem (91 days)
- Shift Type: Varied 24-hour in-house shifts. Regular Hours: Required.
- Cases: Delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation/management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage.
- OT: Extra-time standard rate.
- Board Certified in OB/GYN - [REQUIRED]
- Active CA license - [REQUIRED]
- Minimum of 1-year post-residency clinical experience required - [REQUIRED]
- Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) - [REQUIRED]
- CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained - [REQUIRED]
- Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within 30 days of submission) - [REQUIRED]
- Home Address, Phone Number, and Email address to be added in CV's first page - [REQUIRED]
