The Role:
• Location: Wyandotte, MI
• Assignment duration: 6/1/2026 - 8/31/2026 (91 days)
• Number of positions: 2
• Position: Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based Anesthesia
• Shift Type: Varied 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts — Monday-Friday with occasional weekend coverage
• Supervision: Supervised CRNA model (MD oversight)
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
• Cases: General surgical cases (adult patients)
• Trauma Level: Level III
• Operating Rooms: 10
• OR Staff Support: RNs and Surgical Techs
• Reason for Coverage: Vacancies and leave of absence coverage
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
• Travel: Local providers only; mileage reimbursed
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Professional Requirements: Active Michigan RN license required (must have in hand at time of submission), clean malpractice/license history required
• Additional Preferences: AANA membership highly preferred; experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Weekend Call: Once-a-month option (more shifts possible if preferred)
