The Role:
- Location: Eureka, CA 95501
- Assignment duration: Start 07/12/2026 — End 07/27/2026 (15 days)
- Specialty: Emergency Medicine APP (Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine, Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine)
- Coverage Type: Inpatient — hospital emergency department coverage only
- Urgent Dates (each date has a $500 bonus):
• July 12 — 11:00am-9:00pm
• July 18 — 11:00am-9:00pm
• July 26 — 11:00am-9:00pm
• July 27 — 11:00am-9:00pm - Shift Type: 10 hours (11am-9pm). Regular Hours: Required. Guaranteed Hours per Day: 10
- Call Type: none / in-house call not required
- Provider Minimum # Shifts Required: see specific shifts above
- Patient Encounters Per Shift: ~20
- Required credentials: Active CA license, DEA required, BC or BE (board certified or board eligible)
- Certifications required: ACLS and BLS
- Provider requirements: Must be an Acute Care NP or PA. We can only consider providers with a "clean" file — no unresolved malpractice, NPDB issues, medical board actions, restrictions, terminations, large settlements, DUIs, or drug issues.
- Documentation required at bidding/confirmation: Current CV (must be uploaded), RFA, 24 months of relevant activity, completed application, and references on standby to respond immediately
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~10 days
- Overtime: OT applies after 10 hours worked
- Interview required: No
