Locum Interventional Radiologist needed in Michigan.
- Coverage Dates Needed: 7/26-8/2/26, 8/17-8/23, 9/7-9/13, 9/21-9/27
- Schedule: 7am-5:30PM covering inpatient consults, outpatient clinic visits, performing procedures including biopsies, outpatient scheduled procedures and inpatient emergencies. Oversee APPs during daytime hours.
- Clinic, Inpatient consults, Outpatient clinic visits, Inpatient and outpatient procedures (paras/thoras), 60% outpatient, 40% inpatient, Trauma coverage, Emergency Call coverage
- Cases/Procedures: General Invasive IR Procedures, 9-10 Procedures per day, including OP & IP. Typically performing biopsies, kyphoplasty, port placements, para/thora, etc.
- Clinical Support: Supervising Phyisicians, 3 Full time APPs who perform procedures and do IP consults. Locum will be expected to supervise as well.
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: BC by the American Board of Radiology in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, ACLS(AHA), BLS(AHA). 5 cases proctored.
- Will consider candidates with IMLC.
- Credentialing: Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date.
- $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
