June 5th, 15th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 26th, and 30th
July 1st, 6th, 15th, 20th, and 22nd
August 3rd, 5th, 17th, 19th, and 26th
- Shift Times: 8 or 10 hr shifts available.
- No OT.
- Case Type(s): General, Ortho.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 2.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Not willing to accept candiates needing to obtain VA license.
- Accelerated Privileges?: Emergency (under 30 days), Temporary (30-60 days).
- Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 30.
- $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
