- Trauma Level: N/A (Critical Access Hospital)
- Points of Service: 3
- The Care Team Model
- Structure: CRNA-only
- Autonomy: Fully independent model
- Relationship: CRNAs have great working relationships with hospital staff.
- General Surgery: 100% bread and butter cases (e.g., cataracts, GI/endo, ENT/tonsils)
- Orthopedics: Small Ortho only (no joints)
- Regional Anesthesia Program: N/A
- Shift Types: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Call Details: 2 weeks of call per quarter
- EMR System: EPIC
