CRNA's needed to start ASAP and work on-going.
- Looking for providers who can do 4 10s or 5 8s. We can't do 12hr shifts here.
- IL license required
- OB/Gyn, Endo, Ortho, General, Plastics, Opthalmology, Thoracic, Vascular, Urology, Bariatrics, Pain, Occasional non-operating room anesthesia locations (MRI, Cath lab).
- Call is helpful but not required
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
