Anesthesiologist needed near Joplin, MO to start January 2027 and work on going.
- high acuity, busy level II trauma
- 5x8's, Weekday call is supposed to be every third night with pos call day off and noon start pre call. The person taking weekend call does the whole weekend.
- CRNAs work in a mix of a care team model and independent work.
- Case Types: Hearts/lungs/vascular/OB/Peds/Peds Ent. Peds cut off at present is 1yr and/or 10kg. No transplants. Regional anesthesia thus must be skilled with US nerve blocks.
- Model: Medical Direction Model with 2 physicians daily plus a night call person coming in at 1200-0600.
- Pager 1 is in house call and call 2 is a pager call.
- 11 ORs– 1 OB, 2 endo, 8 ORs
- 90 days to credential
- $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
