Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 6 month assignment with option to extend at a facility near Westville, CT. Must have CT license.
- Schedule: 7a-3:30p, 7a-5:30p, 9a-9p). Providers must be willing to work any days of the week (including Fridays), ideally picking up extra shifts as needed. Cannot guarantee 12s only.
- Special procedures: The CRNA should be comfortable doing any type of high acuity case in the following specialties. It is a requirement that they are comfortable with each surgery type: General, Ortho, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Gastro, Urologic, Gynecologic, ophthalmologic, healthy pediatrics, and ENT.
- Level I trauma.
- Board Certification: Required.
- State license required: No, will consider licensure.
- DEA: Yes.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS.
- EMR: Epic.
- Minimum experience required: 2 years as a CRNA, no exceptions.
- Credentialing: 120 days.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
