Locum CRNA needed to start in August and working 3 months assignment with option to extend at a facility near Ashland, KY.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's.
- Cases: General, Ortho, Uro, ENT, Endo, Basic peds, minimal vascular & OB. No Neuro. OB can be optional.
- Call: Not much call but will be discussed on phone interview.
- Supervision: 1:3/1:4.
- Credentialing: 30 - 60 days. Emergency Privs Available.
- EMR: EPIC.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
