Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Lakefront, NY. Licensed preferred.
**COMPLETION BONUS: (520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks) - $20,000**
- 12's now accepted, 5 x 8s preferred, 4 x10s will be considered.
- Shifts start at 7a for all providers. No exceptions.
- Call: Inhouse OB call preferred.
- Cases: General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few).
- Supervision. MOR and surgery centers only.
- If supervising the ratio is 1:3.
- No OT.
- Call: Possible.
- MOR-17 rooms (includes EP/Cath Lab, GI, and IR)/Madison Irving Surgery Center-4/Physician Office Building-4/ Labor & Delivery-3.
- Charting: Paper charting, except for pre and post op orders in computer.
- Credentialing: 30 days emergency time frame.
- Will cross credential at 2 sites.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals Full Daily Rate per weekend day + Premium after 4 hours.
