- Shift Type: 10 hr x 4 day/week.
- Regular Hours: Required.
- OT: Not expected but offered.
- Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 5.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 3 to 1.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes.
- Other notes about the site: Community Hospital doing bread & butter anesthesia. Pediatrics is healthy children for BMT/ T&A occasionally appendixes. No trauma cases.
- No New Graduates.
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Credentialing: 90 days.
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
