The Role:
- Location: Rome, GA 30165
- Assignment duration: 11/02/2026 - 01/04/2027
- Shift Type: 7 on / 7 off shifts (Mon-Sun if working a full week); Clinic coverage M-F 8A-5P with 1 hour lunch
- In House Call: Call is 5p-7A and weekends on rotation.
- Cases: Inpatient/ED orthopaedic trauma cases (trauma-related, not elective); splint/cast application, fracture reductions, injections; outpatient clinic schedule. No First Assist needed.
- Patient Encounters Per Shift: 12
- Nearest Airport: Atlanta or Chattanooga
- Lodging Recommendations: Hawthorne or Marriott in Rome (ask for corporate rate)
- Unit: Orthopaedic Surgery - Orthopaedic Trauma
- Trauma level: Level II
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
