The Role:
- Location: Detroit, MI 48236
- Assignment duration: 91 days (1/1/2027 - 4/2/2027)
- Shift Type: Varied M-F 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Regular Hours: Required.
- In House Call: Nightly call coverage weekdays; 24-hour call coverage on weekends (phone consults included). Rounding on weekday nights and weekends. Call back is minimal (~1 per call shift, if any).
- Cases: Inpatient maternal-fetal medicine consults and outpatient ultrasound interpretation; no delivery coverage, no GYN surgery, and no GYN call coverage expected. High-risk resident clinic (half-day/week). Outpatient ultrasound volume up to ~8 ultrasounds/day.
- Site Coverage: Primarily outpatient and inpatient consult coverage with potential additional outpatient clinic coverage at a nearby site (half days on select weekdays).
- Required Procedures: Amniocentesis; Cerclage, including rescue cerclage; External Cephalic Version (ECV). Preferred: Chorionic villus sampling (CVS).

- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
