Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Lake Park, TN. TN license required.
- Shift: Must be flexible on types of shifts 13s, 12s, 11/9s hybrid, 10s, for minimum of 36 hr/wk.
- Medical Supervision.
- No epidurals.
- Types of cases: ortho, General, Urology, Neuro/spine. No OB.
- EMR: Medaxion charting - EMR Meditech Expanse
- Wll cross credential at 1 site.
- Must provide 2-3 references.
- Must have TN license.
- ACLS, BLS.
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
- $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
