Needed:
November 23- 25 1 MD
Dec 21 – 23 – we need 2 MDS
Dec 28 – 30 1 MD
- Shift: 5x8. Holiday coverage.
- Types of cases: PEDS + Neonates MUST MEET CASE LOG REQUIREMENTS BELOW.
- EMR: Epic.
- Clinician will be required to attend Epic training and/or test out.
- Requirements: Pediatric fellowship required.
- Provider will be doing their own cases.
- For Neonate (less than 60 weeks old) credentials at CHOSA: 15 cases are needed.
- BLS and Board Certified.
- Texas license required.
- Credentialing timeframe: 0-60 days (will request temps).
- $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
