The Role:
- Location: Dubois, PA 15801
- Assignment duration: 3 month assignment with option to extend.
- Shift Type: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30). Regular Hours: Required.
- Cases: General, ENT with pediatrics, GYN, OB (optional), plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro. Opportunity to perform regional blocks and epidurals if desired. Trauma and cardiac cases are covered by staff CRNAs.
- OT: Occasional/rare late stay may be needed but is not required.
- Site Charting System: Cerner.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 11 ORs; 2 hospital GI suites; 3 GI suites at CRNA-led endoscopy center.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes — CRNAs work under anesthesiologist medical direction (up to a 4:1 ratio).
- What is the CRNA to MD ratio: Up to 4:1.
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks
