The Role:
- Location: Lexington, KY
- Assignment duration: 12/7/2026 - 3/8/2027
- State license required: Yes, State of KY; open to licensing
- Shift Type: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30). Regular Hours: Required.
- Cases: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
- OT: NO OT
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes — medically directed; Attending anesthesiologists provide direction and typically supervise with residents present.
- What is the CRNA to MD ratio: Typically 2:1 or 3:1 (MD:CRNA); can be up to 4:1 for low-acuity cases.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Attending usually has a resident in the other room and focuses on teaching while supervising.
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
