Locum CRNA needed near Dallas, TX.
- Shifts Available: 8, 10, 12, 16 Hours
- 10 CRNAs on during the day (5-8s, 2-10s, 1-12, 1-16, 1-24 OB) - Must be flexible on scheduling & open to call
- Night Call: 1 In House OB, 1 Backup CRNA
- Weekends 7a-4p Inhouse / 24-Hour weekend call is Back up only
- Trauma Level: 3
- NICU: Level 3
- Care Team Model - Usually run with 1:3 (no more than 1:4)
- # Beds: 148
- Cases: No OB, No Cardiac, a little health Peds (ENT)
- Accreditations: Advanced Primary Stroke Center, Certified Chest Pain Center
- EHR System: Epic
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
