- Required Shift Times: 10s and 12s only - Site primarily needs 10 hr shift coverage.
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No.
- Day Shift: Required.
- No OT.
- Cases: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB.
- Electrophysiology (EP), SPINAL CASES ARE REQUIRED.
- Site Charting System: iPro.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 26.
- Are MDs supervising CRNA: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
- Providers will be working at 4 sites.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Accelerated Privileges?: Temporary (30-60 days.)
- Credentialing: 60 days.
- Must be open to work at 4 sites.
- $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours
