The Role:
- Location: Rowlett, TX 75088
- Assignment duration: 91 days
- Shift Type: 24 hours in house
- Cases: OB triage, admissions, attending deliveries, inpatient care, seeing unassigned patients and private call coverage, covering the OB floor, ER consults for GYN emergencies, surgical assists at cesarean sections, fetal monitoring and emergency response in labor and delivery
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: TX license or active IMLC required
- Credentialing: Submission requirements: ALL MUST BE PROVIDED/NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED Board Certified inOB/GYN (not accepting BE) - [REQUIRED] TX license or active IMLC required[REQUIRED] Cannot accept providers who have not been clinically active for 1 year [REQUIRED] Providers must have at least 6 months of clinical experience within the specialty of job they re applying for [REQUIRED] Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) [REQUIRED] CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained [REQUIRED] Rates must follow rate structure [REQUIRED] Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within 30 days of submission)[REQUIRED] Home Address, Phone Number, and Email address to be added in CV's first page[REQUIRED] Note:Full presentation: rates, travel, BC, license, updated CV, prescreen and self-query now needed at time of name clear.
