The Role:
- Location: Warren, OH 44484
- Shift Type: Days — Physicians 7a-7p, Midwives 7p-7a
- In House Call: Physician call for midwife 7p-7a
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 full time laborist physician and 1 full time laborist midwife
- Will Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: Nicole Carlson, MD, Chardina Murray Mangino, CNM
- How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 1
- Onsite Lab: Yes
- Onsite Ultrasound: Yes
- Cases: Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.), High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc.). Labor and Delivery Required Procedures: Routine Delivery Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section, Complicated Delivery C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, VBACs, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations. Gynecology Required Procedures: Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only - Tubal Ligation, LOA's, Chromal Tubation, Surgical Gynecology Open.

- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: OH license (willing to accept those who will obtain license) - [REQUIRED]
- Credentialing: Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
