The Role:
• Location: Lansing, MI
• Assignment duration: Start ASAP; 91 days
• Shift Type: Weekday day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• In House Call: None / No call responsibilities
• Cases: Endoscopy Center — MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care); EGD, colonoscopy, biopsies as needed; CRNA solo cases
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: 10-16
• Practice Setting: Dedicated Endoscopy Center
• Board Certified in AANA: [REQUIRED]
• Active State Medical License: Michigan required / Will accept providers needing to obtain state license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS [REQUIRED]
• Site Charting System: EPIC
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: No (CRNA practices independently in this setting)
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric
• Credentialing: 60-120 days
• Local Provider Only: Mileage reimbursement only (facility reimburses mileage at the IRS standard rate)
