- Required Shift Times: 8s, 10s, 12s.
- Day Shift: Required.
- OT: Not expected but offered.
- Case: General, Neuro, Ortho.
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: Yes.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 8.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 3, 1 to 4.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
- Must be Board Certified.
- Must be able to Supervise CRNA’s.
- Accelerated Privileges: Emergency (under 30 days), Temporary (30-60 days).
- Credentialing: 40 - 60 days.
- $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
