The Role:
• Location: Detroit, MI
• Assignment duration: Start 8/31/2026 - End 11/30/2026 (91 days)
• Certification: NBCRNA required; current Michigan RN license required at time of presentation
• Shift Type: Variable day shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours). Full-time required.
• In House Call: No call required; day shifts only
• Cases: General surgery, neurosurgical cases, deep sedation/MAC, ventilation management, limited pediatrics, oversight of physician-administered regional anesthesia
• OT: Not expected but offered; OT rate must be same as hourly rate (per client requirement)
• Site Charting System: Epic
• Supervision: Hospital-based practice under anesthesiologist supervision (MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes)
• Are MDs doing their own cases: No (CRNAs provide coverage)
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No — fully licensed providers only
• Credentialing: Estimated 90-120 days
• Weekend/On-Call: No weekends or on-call required for this assignment
• Work Experience Required: Not accepting new graduates
• Additional: Locum coverage only (not for permanent hire). Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate; facility does not reimburse for background checks or application/credentialing fees.
