Walton Bch, FL 32547 • Assignment duration: 6/17/2026 - 9/9/2026 (84 days) • Provider Type: APP — Emergency Room experience required (level 2 or greater preferred) • Required Experience: Minimum 1 year; 2 years preferred • Shift Type: 10-12 hour shifts • Shift Frequency: 10-12 shifts per month; providers should be willing to work 60-120 hours/month • Current Shifts: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.; 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. • Note: Within the month all shifts will transition to 12 hours as summer ramps up; locum providers MUST be able to work all shifts • Patient Volume: APP will see ~1.7 patients/hour on average; department average 155 patients/day (including ~30 pediatric); facility sees ~55,000 patients/year • Facility Metrics: Facility average is 1.55 patients per hour per provider; admission rate ~25% • Prefer candidates with prior HCA experience (metrics are important) • Credentialing: 90 days • No. of Positions: 0/1 We Offer: • Streamlined credentialing - 30 days or less • 24/7 Dedicated recruiter and credentialing specialist • Premium Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in • Top of market premium hourly pay • Paid Housing • Paid Travel • A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage • $2,000 referral bonus for any referral who works 160 hours.
