- Schedule: Looking for 2-3 (10 &12hr shifts) a week
- Call schedule: None
- Practice setting: Hospital
- Average number of surgical cases/day: 35
- Average number of pain management cases: 0
- Number of operating rooms: 16
- No peds
- CRNA will be supervised
- EMR: Cerner
- Certification Requirements: NBCRNA, MI License, BLS, ACLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
