This new opportunity offers flexible scheduling, premium top of market pay and a supportive team. The Role: • Location: Eureka, CA • Assignment duration: 9/1/2024 - 9/2/2024. Potential for ongoing coverage. • Type: Per Diem • CRNA certification and active state license required. • DEA required. • Shift Type: 7am-4pm. Regular Hours: Required. • In House Call: N/A • Cases: General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric) • Patient Encounters Per Shift: 8 • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 • OT: Not expected but may be offered (OT applies per assignment policy) • CRNA supervision: Not required • Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes • Credentialing: Estimated 30 days • Note: Only providers with "clean" files will be considered. Applicants with major settlements, DUIs/drug issues, restrictions, terminations, or Medical Board actions are not eligible for temporary privileges. Required documentation includes the RFA, CV, 24 months of relevant activity, a completed application, and references on standby. CREDENTIALING / REQUIREMENTS: • Current CV (must be uploaded to bid) • License: Active only • DEA Required: Yes • Boards: BC only • Skills/Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days Travel / Expense Notes: • Not reimbursed: mileage from provider home to departing airport and return; rideshare/taxi to/from home and departing airport. • Will be reimbursed: airport parking at departing airport if provider drives; rideshare/taxi from destination airport to hotel/lodging and from lodging to site (and return); rental car insurance must be pre-approved for reimbursement.
