This new opportunity offers a remote, full-time radiology assignment with a competitive pay structure (base + per wRVU) and a supportive team.
The Role:
- Location: Remote (client based in Charleston, WV area)
- Start Date: 08/03/2026
- Assignment duration: 1 year (ongoing structure; PRN roles usually year-long)
- Coverage: Full-time
- Shift Type: Day 4x8-Hour (12:00 - 20:00)
- Modalities: XR, MR, NM, CT, US
- Board Certification: Required
- PACS: Fuji
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
- Pay structure: Remote roles = base pay + additional pay per wRVU (no alternative pay structures accepted)
- No overtime; Holiday rate: +$125/hr
- Minimum monthly requirement: 40 hours per month
- Remote credentialing requirement: Providers must be credentialed at a minimum of 2 facilities
- Productivity expectations: ~70 wRVUs per shift (production is actively monitored)
- If productivity falls below standards: provider receives a 15-day cancellation notice and continues working during that period; contract may be reinstated if performance improves
Submission Requirements (must be included with every submission):
- Modalities the provider can read (based on the requested reads in the JD)
- Preferred shifts from the JD
- Licensed locations the provider can currently work
- Locations they are willing to license for (client will assist with licensing if provider already holds a license usable at one facility)
- Completed Modality Checklist (required with submission)
- Name clear with NPI
Provider Expectations & Process:
- Productivity is monitored; expectation ~70 wRVUs per shift
- Providers must continuously maintain 3 months of scheduled shifts with the client
- Modality Checklist must be completed and included with submission; ensure provider can actively read and interpret each selected modality and that experience is current
- All providers must be Board Certified
- Timeline from submission to offer can vary from a few days to up to a month depending on client workflow
- Client typically offers based on CV + completed modality checklist; interviews are not usually required—confirm with candidate what they need to accept an offer
