- Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Preferred.
- Weekend - On Call (Pager): Preferred.
- As Needed: Required.
- Holiday (Shift): Preferred.
- Holiday (Call): Preferred.

- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 16.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4, 1 to 3.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Must be Cardiac Fellowship Trained.
- Accelerated Privileges: Emergency (under 30 days).
- Credentialing: 30 days.
- $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
