- OT: After 40 total hours in 1 week at time-and-a-half (1.5x)
- Call: Includes 24-hour weekend call (include 2 hours gratis for 24hr weekend call); weekend call equals 6 regular hours per day + premium when called in

- Required procedures: Standard endoscopy procedures (No ERCP required)
- Clinical activity requirement: Must have a case list documenting provision of clinical services for 100 patients with similar scope/complexity in the past 24 months. Case list must include diagnosis or procedures, date, and facility where performed.
- Licensure: Must have WA license at time of presentation (No IMLC at this time)
- Team/Support: Not solo — there are 3 other GI providers, hospitalists, and 2 APPs
- Required certifications (must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable): BLS and ACLS
- EMR: Epic
- Please have provider's SSN & DOB ready at time of offer as this information is needed to process the file promptly once the position is offered.
Credentialing & Privileges:
- Standard privileges: 1.5 years
- Temporary privileges: 120 days
- Standard credentialing process: ~90 days from application submission
- Expedited/fast-track credentialing: available in some instances — ask the account manager for details
