- What are the average number of deliveries per year: 400.
- Fellowship: Preferred.
- Required Certifications: BLS.
- Licensed in OK or IMLC.
- Level 3 Trauma.
- Credentialing: 60 days.
- $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
