- Cases: General, orthopedic, endo/GI, ENT (some peds), GYN, spine, and cath lab
- Regional Anesthesia Proficiency is preferred however training available
- Requirements: BC
- Credentialing: Approximately 60 Days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
