- Case Type(s): General, Ortho, Endo, gyn, ortho, Vasc, plastics. No heads, hearts or kids.
- Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes
- Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No.
- Day Shift: Required.
- Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required.
- Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required.
- As Needed: Preferred.
- Holiday (Shift): Preferred.
- Holiday (Call): Preferred.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 6.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
- What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
- Credentialing: 90 days.
- $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
