Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at a facility near Springvale Township, MN.
- Monday-Friday 7a-330p or 7- 5:30pm
- Looking for local providers with open availability for 2 shifts per week.
- 5 ORs and 1 designated endoscopy suite.
- Case mix includes ortho, ENT, GYN, general, endoscopy, podiatry, urology, and ophthalmology
- Drive in/local providers highly preferred.
- NBCRNA: Required.
- MN license required. Compact Accepted.
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
- Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.
- $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
